TOURNAMENT MANAGER

A TM (Tournament Manager) position with Pirana Entertainment BC Inc. is hired as a Sub-Contractor either with the TD of the Region or with Pirana Entertainment BC Inc. If hired by the TD of the Region they must sign the same contract for security issues. The TM is directly responsible to be the nightly liaison between Pirana Entertainment BC Inc. and the Host Site they are working.

Contract Responsibilities: 

• Promotion of games run by TM, via posters and ads submitted by Pirana Entertainment BC Inc.
• Professional Appearance/Attitude at all times when representing Pirana Entertainment BC Inc.
• Collect Payment from Host Sites they work and deliver to TD for the Region for deposit.
• Ensure game worksheets are submitted on time to Stats Manager for all games in Region, a copy also sent to the TD for the Region and to Pirana Entertainment BC Inc. via email or fax.
• Collect all food bank donations nightly and deliver all food bank donations to the TD of the Region.
• Participate in the setup of the Regional Games in the Region.
• Participate in the collection of Door Prizes from Host Sites for the Regional Games.
• Participate in setup and take down of the yearly Provincial Game.
• All paper/printing associated fees, gas fees, and insurance fees with this Contract are the sole responsibility of the TM as stated in the contract. Remember to keep receipts for everything related to the Position for your taxes.
